while the Obama administration and Attorney General Eric Holder drops ‘voter intimidation’ charges against black panthers, because ‘IT DEMEANS MY PEOPLE’ whines Holder.  Things were so much worse for blacks originally, you can’t even compare it, so therefore, black panthers standing in front of polling stations with billy clubs and weapons and intimidating white people to not vote, means nothing.

“Think about that,” Holder said. “When you compare what people endured in the South in the 60s to try to get the right to vote for African Americans, to compare what people subjected to that with what happened in Philadelphia, which was inappropriate. . . . to describe it in those terms I think does a great disservice to people who put their lives on the line for my people,” said Holder, who is black.

The Obama administration won a default judgment against the NBPP, but inexplicably dropped the case against them. They did, however, get one of the members, Shamir Shabazz, to promise not to carry a “deadly weapon” near a polling place until 2012. OH WELL THEN THAT’S OKAY. HE PROMISES HE WON’T CARRY A DEADLY WEAPON AT A POLLING PLACE UNTIL THE NEXT PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION,   ROFL.

Holder is just ‘sick and tired’ of people accusing him of going easy on the law breakers because they are black.

Holder’s frustration over the criticism became evident during a House Appropriations subcommittee hearing as Rep. John Culberson (R-Texas) accused the Justice Department of failing to cooperate with a Civil Rights Commission investigation into the handling of the 2008 incident in which Black Panthers in intimidating outfits and wielding a club stood outside a polling place in Philadelphia.

The Attorney General seemed to take personal offense at a comment Culberson read in which former Democratic activist Bartle Bull called the incident the most serious act of voter intimidation he had witnessed in his career.  Because  YOU KNOW somebody else did it WORSE to HIS PEOPLE before, so again, therefore, this ain’t about SHIT.
